The impact belt freezer employs a highly efficient freezing method. Low-temperature cold air circulates within the freezing chamber in a closed duct, ensuring that the frozen products on the belt are simultaneously frozen from all directions—top, bottom, front, back, left, and right—resulting in efficient, rapid, and uniform freezing. Its all-stainless steel structure guarantees food safety and hygiene.

It is widely used in the quick-freezing processing of various fruits and vegetables, aquatic products, poultry, meat, pasta, etc., as well as the freezing of various bagged, trayed, and boxed prepared foods.

2. The insulation system consists of double-sided SUS304 insulation boards, internally inflated with polyurethane foam. The inspection door is equipped with a sealing device and a heating device to prevent freezing.

4. The conveyor belt is made of SUS304 stainless steel and uses high-strength stainless steel special mesh wire.
5. The evaporator is made of industrial aluminum alloy material, with aluminum tubes and fins. The tubes are densely arranged for excellent heat exchange performance.
6. The control system cabinet is made of SUS304 stainless steel and can be equipped with relay, PLC, or touch screen control as needed.
